AI readiness assessment

Find the three fixes that free up your week.

A 90-minute session. We look at how your business runs today, find the work that repeats, and you leave with a roadmap.

90 minutes with Josh impact and effort matrix your top five a written roadmap

MondayYou answer the same emails you answered last week.

TuesdayYou copy the same numbers between two tools.

WednesdaySomeone asks how you do it. The answer is in your head.

FridayYou are behind on the work you actually wanted to do.

None of it is a character flaw. It is a map problem.

What the assessment is

A map of your business, with the first step marked.

Three questions, answered in plain English. No tool sales. No promised savings.

01

Where does your time go?

The recurring tasks that eat hours each week, with a rough estimate for each.

02

What is ready to automate?

Which tasks are repetitive and rule-based, and safe to hand off. Some should stay human, and we say so.

03

What do you do first?

A ranked list, so you start with the change that frees the most time for the least risk.

Choose your focus

Go broad, or go deep on one area.

A general look covers the whole business at surface level. A focused look goes deep on one area.

A

Client acquisition

How new leads come in, get tracked, and get followed up.

B

Onboarding

What happens between a yes and the first real result.

C

Delivery

How the work gets produced, reviewed, and handed over.

D

Customer service

Questions, complaints, and the replies that repeat.

E

Customer expansion

Turning current customers into more work, on purpose.

F

Internal operations

Scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and the admin behind them.

G

Content creation

The writing, posting, and production that keeps a business visible.

H

Anything else

If it repeats and it costs you, it belongs on the list.

Where the wins are

Every opportunity, placed by impact and effort.

Each opportunity we find lands on one map. Quick wins sit top-right, where high impact meets low effort. You start there.

The placements here are an example, not a result. Your map is built from your business.

Impact and effort matrix Four quadrants: Quick wins (high impact, low effort), Major initiatives (high impact, high effort), Nice to have (low impact, low effort), Hard to justify (low impact, high effort). Example opportunities are placed in each. MAJOR INITIATIVES QUICK WINS HARD TO JUSTIFY NICE TO HAVE Low effort High effort Impact 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

3

Every opportunity lands on the impact and effort matrix. Nothing hidden.

How to get ready

About an hour of your time, and a few things on hand.

You do not need technical knowledge. A rough list is enough.

  • The tools you use. Email, calendar, CRM, invoicing, scheduling, spreadsheets, anything else.
  • Your five most repeated tasks. In your own words. "I copy leads from the form into the sheet every morning" is perfect.
  • Rough admin hours per week. A guess is fine.
  • Any process you already wrote down. SOPs, checklists, pricing sheets, FAQs. Messy is fine.
  • Your biggest frustration right now. The one thing you would fix first.
